Newly appointed member Mr. Gautam Dongol is a native of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Ward No. 27, Sunakothi. He has completed Masters in Business Studies (MBS) in 2006 A.D. from Shankar Dev Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Mr. Dongol, who has spent almost half of his productive life time in Nepalese banking sector has 18 Years’ experience of working in different positions in the 4 big commercial banks of Nepal. Member Dongol has successfully played the role of Branch Manager-Ilam Branch, Branch Manager-Bouddha Branch, Deputy Chief Support Officer, Head-Credit Administration Department, Head-Human Resource Management Department, Head-Credit Operation Department, Head-Credit Control Department, Chief Recovery Officer-Bagmati Province during his tenure in Kumari Bank Limited, Global Bank Limited, Sunrise Bank Limited and NIC ASIA Bank Limited.

Mr. Dongol had started banking career in 16^th July 2004 as a Trainee Assistant from Kumari Bank Limited., Head Office, Putalisadak, Kathmandu and ended his 18 Years plus long banking career journey on 6^th March 2022 by resigning from the post of Manager in NIC ASIA Bank Limited.

Before joining Banking, Mr. Dongol was involved in teaching profession and auditing jobs in a local school and an audit firm respectively.

Apart from that Mr. Dongol is involved in Nepali and Newari literature writing. More than half dozen music videos of the songs penned by him are available in the Youtube channel. He has been recognized as the Best New Modern Song Lyricist in the National Brand Music Award 2077 and the Best Pop Lyricist in the NIMS Award 2078.
